I've never crocheted before, will I be able to make a companion?
The kits are originally designed for complete beginners. We have everything planned. Your companions are already pre-started for you, so you can get started without too much trouble.
The videos are also a gold mine, explained very simply and easily, and will really guide you step by step (for right and left-handed).
How will I be able to watch the step-by-step videos?
Each kit contains a card with a scannable link or qr code that redirects you to the tutorial videos for the kit you have chosen.
You will just need to enter your personal password (which will be included on the card) and start following the videos.
How can I use dedicated support?
We are available 24/7 via email at contact@fuppys.com and WhatsApp at 07488 813550 to assist you with any difficulties or obstacles during your creation.
We also make video calls to help when needed.
Are the kits also suitable for children?
The kits are also suitable for children over 8. We just recommend adult supervision.
In each kit, we include black yarn to embroider the eyes instead of plastic ones (for safety reasons for young children). Step-by-step embroidery videos are also included.
