Yes. Our beginner crochet kits are designed for people with no experience. The trickiest first part comes pre-started, and the step-by-step videos included with every kit guide you through each stitch. If you ever get stuck, our team is on hand to help by email and on WhatsApp.
What is included in a Fuppys crochet kit?
Everything you need is in the kit. Each Fuppys crochet starter kit includes the pre-started piece, all the yarns, stuffing required, the plastic eyes, a crochet hook, a needle, and a card with a QR code that unlocks the step-by-step video tutorials. There are no extra supplies to buy.
How long does it take to complete a crochet kit?
Most beginners finish their first companion between 3 and 8 hours, spread across as many relaxed sessions as they like. You can pause at any point and pick up the videos exactly where you left off, so there is no pressure to finish in one sitting.
Is the kit suitable for left-handed people?
Yes. Our crochet kits suit both right and left-handed crafters because the step-by-step videos are filmed for both.
Once you access the step-by-step tutorials, you can choose between right-handed and left-handed, so you can follow along comfortably with whichever hand you lead with.
How will I be able to watch the step-by-step videos?
You will find a card inside your crochet kit with a link and a scannable QR code linking to the tutorial videos for your chosen companion. Enter the personal password printed on the card to start following the videos straight away.

Are the kits also suitable for children?
Yes, our crochet kits are suitable for children aged 8 and over, with adult supervision recommended.
For younger crafters, each kit includes black yarn to embroider the eyes rather than using plastic ones, for safety, and the step-by-step videos for this part are included too.
